I'm going away till Tuesday but I'll take my diary with me. Jenny got off with Grant last night. I got my report today which was o.k. Yesterday I played tennis (lost it !) and also had a really bad neck ache but I couldn't be bothered to write about that. I'm so hot and tired but that doesn't make much difference.

21st May 1992

I didn't go to town today to have my ears checked but they seem to be o.k. I don't know if I fancy Grant. I haven't talked to him for ages. I'm pissed off with Kate because she'll like Grant for Jenny but not for me. I'm so hot and tired so this last but is going to be extremely boring because I just need to take up the space as you can see I am doing that now !!

20th May 1992

Once again I'm writing this in the dark. Nothing happened at school today but after school Alex asked me to go to the town with her so I did and then we went back to the Bourne Green. I was flirting with Simon P at school and found out his phone number. Natasha gets really jealous. Alex doesn't think Jenny suits Grant but I think they'll go out for a really long time !!
